By employing decision support system and Borland C++ and Foxpro 2.58 For Windows as development means and tools, this system comprehensively applies the price decision theory, fore- casting and optimization techniques as a complete theoretical system, realizing the computerization of analysis, forecasting and decision process of coal price.
