Abstract
Homeland Security Qualifications (HSQ) personnel were instrumental in developing the UK’s suite of Explosive Substances and Articles (ESA) National Occupational Standards (NOS) (also known as "competences") on behalf of the Standards Setting Body for Explosives, Munitions and Search Occupations (SSB for EMSO).
