Auditing Underground Development Drilling and Blasting

My historic auditing of Underground Drilling and Blasting Practices has demonstrated to the author the need for reviews of many mines' procedures in these processes. Poor understanding of the basic principles and practices of the drilling and blasting science in Underground Development Mining has created significant costs to mining operations in many instances.
