Blast-Induced Heave Modeling in Three Dimensions

This paper presents a number of examples of three-dimensional blast modeling in both surface and underground environments that include time-delay explosive decking. These examples include: 1) quarry blasting, 2) coal seam protection blasting, 3) mineral mine blasting with high energy time delayed decks, and, 4) underground single-level/single-shot drawbell blasting.
