Chairman Bob Dennis, Ministers Frank Walker and TonyMcGrady,ActingMayor Bob Moore, other distinguished guests, fellow delegates to this Carpentaria and Mount Isa Regional Development Forum.Firstly I would like to congratulate the North West Queensland Branch of the AusIMM, and particularly its Committee, on what has been a verysuccessful Forum by any measure and for their kind invitation to me to participate in this Forum.
