Abstract
Difficulties with froth flotation recovery and vacuum de- watering equipment for the treatment of fine coal have been investigated. Mechanical alterations to cyclone desliming banks, and flotation cells are described. A large disc filter has been replaced by two drum filters for dewatering, and the improvement in plant. operation is discussed:
