Abstract
Controlled Blasting, Inc. (CBI) located in Norcross, Georgia recently teamed with the Dekalb county fire marshals office to stage a mock disaster to test new trainees of Community Emergency Response Team (CERT). It as an interesting example in which industry can help out the community and government through the use of explosives.
