Abstract
Before attempting to outline the Australian Stock Exchange's perspective on expert reports, I think it would be appropriate to explain to those of you -who are not familiar with the Stock Exchange listing rules on just when ASX currently requires companies to obtain an expert report and equally important to note, what the regulators have to say.
