Abstract

As fulfillment of the requirements of Contract H0387019 for the United States Department of the Interior, Bureau of Mines, a complete field kit, for performing on-site determinations of individual employee Time Weighted Average (TWA) exposures to nitrogen dioxide (NO2) and nitric oxide (NO), has been developed by MDA Scientific, Inc. This report provides background information and experimental data validating the use of this kit with confidence to ? 10 percent accuracy.
