1.0 SCOPE AND REGULATIONS 1.1 This specification covers the minimum requirements for material handling and associated equipment including design and materials. 1.2 This specification requires compliance with all federal, state, local laws and regulations which may be applicable including the Occupational Safety and Health Act, Construction Safety Act as well as rules, regulations and standards of the Secretary of Labor.
