Abstract
Cerro Negro Mine, property of Goldcorp Inc., is in the process of developing four separate underground access ramps for the exploitation of high grade, narrow vein gold deposits with vertical to sub-vertical dips. The Mariana Central, Mariana Norte, and San Marcos accesses are primarily in the development stages, while the Eureka access began production stope blasting in April of 2013. Mariana Central will also begin production in May or June of 2014.
