Abstract
Blast designers and blasters need to know the rock mass influence on blast to increase explosive effi-ciency and to optimize costs, but also to succeed in limiting blast emissions (vibration, overpressure, flyrock) This paper presents an applied approach which makes it possible to structure the information con-cerning the rock mass and the blasting.
