Abstract

ALL meeting of the Chemical Section, National Safety Council, in Rochester, N. Y., put his hand on at least ten salient points that apply to safety in nearly any laboratory ; these are as follows : 1. Impress your laboratory worker at the start that he is dealing with powerful and dangerous-forces and that every experimental set-up must be studied from the stand- point of its fiber, electrical, explosive, and health hazards.
