Abstract

This paper serves as a reference guide for creating or strengthening student chapters of the International Society of Explosives Engineers. This includes chapters that are just starting, currently undergoing transition in leadership, or that are in the process of rebuilding. ISEE student chapters have great potential to increase student involvement and national membership, and can benefit from formalized strategies to help them do so. Several key strategies are introduced and should be employed to promote organizational participation throughout the university system.
