The Arizona Meeting

A full account of the wonderful Arizona meeting will be published in the December Bulletin. For the strenuous, interesting, and altogether happy week, we express our hearty thanks to those marvels of energy and thoughtfulness, the members of the local committees in Texas, New Mexico and Arizona. In this number we publish the discussion resulting from the technical session on "Flotation." Because of the timeliness of the subject, this session's discussion was transcribed first and sent to the contributors, and, thanks to their promptness in revising, we are able to print it in this issue.
