Abstract

"The design is based on the thermal processing of the wastes in· the intensively bubbled melt in the Vanyukov furnace at the relatively high temperatures (1350- 1450 °C), In this case: -the secondary wastes are not formed; - the especially toxic substances at the outlet from the furnace are absent. The technology was tested on a large scale (on semicommersial bases). Technical and economical basis show profitability of recovery complex for processing of hard garbage waste (HGW) using this technology: the period of capital, investments refunding for the, recovery, complex construction with process annual capacity of 240 thousands tons of wastes is 1,5-2,5 years,"
