Abstract

"As Abel Mine continues to expand and increase production, the requirements of the ventilationsystem have also increased. This paper will outline the stages undertaken to increase the AbelMine ventilation system from an operating position of 110 m3/s and 500 Pa to the current operating position of 220 m3/s and 1.6 kPa and outline steps to be taken to ensure all future requirements will be able to be ventilated."
