A Simplified Method to Determine lsoelectric Points of OxidesBy R. B. Roberts, A. L. Mular
A simple way to determine the IEP of oxide minerals is described. The method is shown to apply for fine powders of Fe203 and ZnO. The IEP lies at pH 6.95 for Fe203 and at pH 9.08 for ZnO.
